Below are some frequently asked questions

How long is the agreement for?

We typically have agreements lasting 1 – 3 years but every situation is different so we can suit it to the individual property.

What kind of contract is needed?

We can provide the contract or else if you have your own standard lease we can use that.

Who would be the tenants on the agreement?

Carl Thomas Properties would become your tenants and would take on all the responsiblities required.

Who would we be providing accommodation to?

We provide accommodation to working professionals who are all working full time.

What interaction would I have with the guests?

Carl Thomas Properties will be your single point of contact and so you will have no dealings with the guests.

How often is the property inspected?

We have weekly cleaners going to the properties who also will report any issues to us immediately. We also have gardeners and repair men going to properties throughout the year.

Are there any fees at all?

There are no fees charged to you whatsoever.

What happens at the end of the agreement?

Approaching the end of the agreement if it’s decided to end the agreement then the property is returned in the same or better condition.

Do you offer a referral scheme?

Yes, if you refer another property owner and if we sign a contract with them we will pay you €400.
